Description
As a beautiful woman ages it comes as a shock when more and more lines start to appear. She can easily lose her sense of identity as she doesn't recognize herself anymore. Does she fight against it or embrace each line as a sign of a long life well lived. When you look at this do you find yourself feeling uneasy or do you follow each line as a trail through her amazing life.
This portrait captures a person with wavy lines and contours creating an abstract effect on their features. The use of water soluble ink blends with sharp lines gives the picture a vibrant yet delicate appearance. This artwork was created using Neurographic Art techniques as developed by Pavel Piskarev in 2014
