About Marilyn Brooks

Marilyn Brooks

After forty years of fashion design and retailing, starting with The Unicorn and followed by Marilyn Brooks Boutiques throughout Canada and the United States, I now spend my time painting, public speaking, and am putting the finishing touches on a book of my life story, "Making it with Marilyn". I am currently a year-round resident of Lake Rosseau in Ontario where I am able to focus on my love of painting and channel my creativity to this lifelong passion I have for art. My extensive travels have taken me to such places as Paris, Greece, Argentina, Morocco, Croatia and Slovenia and my art work reflects the vibrant impressions left on me. My works grace numerous private collections.
